About Us

Options Foundation was created as a huge need was identified in the market to support women. The vision of the Options Foundation is to bring hope to disenfranchised woman by providing them with options. The foundation is built on the drive from the founding directors to give back with their time, expertise and passion.

Our Directors

Morogwa Abrina Moshole

...has over 10 years’ and 5 years’ experience in the Accounting and HR sphere, respectively. Her passion for outreach stems from losing her father at an early age of 11 years and being raised together with her 2 siblings by a phenomenal single mother. Through countless extremely challenging circumstances, her mom demonstrated tenacity, strength, resilience, vulnerability and mostly GENEROSITY. As a result, Abrina believes that regardless of the circumstances we may find ourselves in, we are all blessed to be a blessing – we all have something to offer to someone else. Motho ke motho ka batho (I am, because you are). Her life purpose is to Educate, Empower and Inspire anyone she interacts with.

Kitty Narraidu

...has several years of experience as a business owner with a demonstrated history of working in the Security and Hospitality industry. Her passion for helping others stems from growing up in an environment where her parents were always assisting those who were in need, be it education, a place to stay or a meal. Kitty considers each opportunity to assist another person a blessing, as it gives her an immense sense of gratification.

Ulrike Schöttler

...has been a Career- & Life Coach for the past 10 years. She is currently involved in the facilitation of Life-skills for young people from Zandspruit, Soweto and Riverlea. Her passion stems from originally being involved with a Youth Project in Diepsloot.

Heidi Thompson’s

exposure to outreach, development and upliftment started in 1994 when she worked in various rural communities, facilitating community projects. Late 90's she was involved with Unisa to develop training material and then to train the community development facilitators working in rural areas. Heidi project' exposure related to implementation of upgraded sewerage works, road building, building of a community centre, building of a school, job creation and economy building and creating engagement between various resources to create more stable community environments. Heidi is passionate about creating an opportunity to be the best you can be and to have hope in an improved future.

Claudette Vianello

is passionate about upliftment. Her related experience includes various corporate social responsibility initiatives in and around the Lanseria airport area. She has a heart for women and their development. The skills she brings to Options includes strong project management and partner engagement. Her community development experience has been gained over the past 12 years. Claudette is currently preparing for her cycle ride of 850km in support of raising funds for education in South Africa.
